Michael Sloan

As Managing Director of The Successful Investor, Michael brings 20 years of experience in finance and wealth creation. Michael says that all the key lessons learnt from the past 20 years have come from his clients. It is those lessons that helped formulate his formula to successful property investing. Michael is passionate about the impact The Successful Investor can have on your life.

He is the author of two books, The Formula to Successful Property Investing and Cracking the Real Estate Code. His articles appear on the National Australia Bank (NAB) website and is a member of the panel of experts for the Association of Financial Advisors. He was named as one of the top ten property advisors in Australia for 2018 by Your Investment Property Magazine.

Michael is regularly quoted in the media and has appeared Nationally on TV, Radio and in print. He is a qualified Property Investment Advisor (General Advice), a qualified Financial Planner and award-winning Mortgage Broker.

Michael’s philosophy is that there is no one way to invest, so don’t listen to anyone who tells you there is. You must find your formula for success. One that works for your specific financial circumstances, his advice is to remember that what works for someone else may not work for you.
